Dr. Dwayne Ray Cormier is an accomplished researcher and entrepreneur passionate about cultural competence, instructional leadership, and educational technology. He is dedicated to bridging the gap between PreK-20 systems and minoritized, marginalized, and otherized individuals in schools and society. Dr. Cormier develops innovative assessment tools using educational design research to measure cultural competence and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) awareness among educational stakeholders.
